A- When will my order be shipped?

We start processing your order as soon as we receive it. 

Your order is shipped within 2 to 3 business days of receipt.

Our Leather Goods being handmade, we ask you to take into consideration the time of creations , all  our items are of high quality and created by artisans .

 

B- How long does delivery take?

 

All our items are sent quickly, for France shipping generally takes 48 to 72 hours.

For other countries in Europe and the rest of the world, delivery times are 5 to 14 days. 

the delivery information and the choice of the carrier, are notified for each article at the time of the

rules on our site.

C- I still haven't received a tracking notification for my package after placing an order 2 days ago, is this normal?

​

We send an email with your tracking number so that you can follow your package as soon as it is sent, but if after two days your number gives you no indication, don't worry about that.  sometimes happens, especially if your item comes from our workshop in Portugal , updating the tracking can sometimes take a little longer to be authenticated 3 or 4 days maximum by the Post Office or Mondial Relay .

D- The tracking number of my package does not work?

​

On the tracking page of your package, your tracking number displays this type of message:
Please enter a valid number.
  If so, please re-enter it respecting the format, you may have made a mistake.
It is also possible that the carrier has not yet taken charge of your item, so it is not yet integrated into the parcel tracking databases, come back a few hours later to try again.

E- Are the cork leather goods and accessories that you offer on your site handmade?  

​

All our items are handmade, of high quality, they are produced in limited series. Before sending from our workshop, each item is subject to several checks to be sure that it has no defects.

​

F- What happens if my package is late in arriving?

If after 21 days you still have not received your item, we will refund the order. First, please contact our customer service by email or telephone.

G- What payment methods do you offer?  

​

Our online store has a completely secure payment system, you could pay for your purchases by Paypal or by national or international bank cards .

H- The item I received does not suit me?

​

In this case, we will refund or exchange within 14 days of your ordering the item on our store. If you wish to be reimbursed because your order does not suit you, you will first have to contact us so that we can give you the terms and conditions for returning your items.

I- When I open the package, my item is damaged, what should I do?

​

Contact us by email, describing the problem with photos of the problem(s) noted within 8 days of receiving the package.

If the defect is proven, we will do our best to find a solution with you.

Except in special cases, can be considered as defects, only the seams.

Note: Cannot be considered as a defect, a concern resulting from improper handling or use of the article.

​

Cork can have an irregular appearance being a natural material, this is completely normal but it is in no way a defect, each model is therefore unique.
Upon delivery of your package, we advise you to check the condition of the products received.

K- I chose an accessory on your site, and the rendering is slightly different  image of your site?

​

The visuals used to present our articles are provided by our partners or come from our photographic sessions. they are therefore identical to the natural colors of the articles. 
On the other hand, the configuration of computers differs from one model to another and the visual rendering can therefore vary, so we cannot be held responsible for a slight difference in coloring between what you have on the screen of your device and accessory you received.
